Dok Fai Baan Ma Kharm Wahn Muang Loei festival is held every year, in February. Loei is famous for qualified cotton and the plant areas are not less than 100,000 rais.
The background present plant cotton in Loei Province 10,000 farms only. Because cotton is grown very sure enough it is the first event instead New Year Festival in year 1980. Next, Tourism Authority of Thailand to play a role in the events in every year.
First day parade will be beautiful grand procession of decorated cars from agencies both government and public organization. Dance parade Students from various schools participate in the procession and dance along with the local music.
